Amy understands all of this and aims to not only fit the bill but make your experience from start to finish an incredible one.
Amy doesn't use any forms of advertising other than her ASP social media accounts to reach out to potential clients, so the majority of her enquirers come referred by her previous clients. Amy is a firm believer when it comes to the importance of needing a great client/photographer relationship in order to be able to achieve the best possible results, so during this initial enquiry stage Amy will converse with you to get a sense of what you're looking for in a photographer ensuring that she can provide a service that you'll be happy with. Of course something that Amy feels should be openly discussed during your enquiry is pricing - its something we can't get away from and its a big factor in choosing your photographer! During this enquiry process Amy will go through how she does things in terms of her pricing to ensure you are completely informed on what to expect moving forward so that you can go into your experience with your eyes open - no surprises!
In the case of an event, wedding or simply if the client requests it, Amy will organise a consultation coffee to further establish your needs in greater detail and ensure that everyone is comfortable with each other moving forward. Photographing your special moments is a very personal experience so Amy feels it is important that both the client and the photographer feel comfortable with each-other. Amys consultations are very casual and simply enable you to get an idea of how Amy is as both a person and a photographer, ensuring that you are both happy and ready to move on to the next step - booking in your session.
Now that you're happy with how Amy does things as a photographer we move on to the fun part - booking in your session! When making a booking Amy takes your payment to secure your session date and send you through your contract. Enclosed in your contract will be all of the details of your session and once you've ensured everything is as we discussed its all yours to sign & make official! Once thats been filled in and your payment has been received your date is all secure & your session planning can begin. Amy will go through colours & the styling elements of your session to ensure you are happy with how your session will look! Once all of the details are finalised your session will be styled & ready upon arrival so that your session can commence straight away!
Today is the day! You will receive a reminder/confirmation message or email the day before your shoot to confirm that everything is still set to go ahead. Amy is always ready early for all photo sessions and will be in contact the morning of your shoot to ensure that everything runs smoothly - so feel free to arrive early for a cuppa & to settle in!
After your photo session Amy doesn't simply disappear. You will be receiving sneak peaks and updates on how the editing of your photographs are doing right up until you receive your password for your online album and your final photographs are ready for viewing. If applicable Amy always likes to have her clients come back to view their gallery, she has a beautiful client space all set up for viewing purposes where you are able to view & decide what you would like to do with your images right there with Amy!
After viewing your online album or viewing your gallery in-studio & deciding on what you would like to do with your beautiful images Amy will handle your order & will be personally checking over your prints & artwork before packing it up and delivering it to you ensuring there is no lost USB or damaged artwork right at the end when you're so excited to receive your beautiful final package!
